1. Material of acetate

2.Tumbling consumable material &Tumbling time

Due to the influence of the market this year, the cost of many raw materials has been rising sharply. Never repeated use the consumable materials would be very important.In additional,nerver  shorten the Tumbling time!The steps normally would take 72 hours.When the time is compressed to 48 hours or even 24 hours,the surface of the frame would be hardly present the natural shiny .

3. Polishing technique & Polishing wax

The final polishing steps and Polishing wax for acetate frame are also very important.Not only we need the very experienced polishing workers ,but also need special polishing wax.
