How important is the "reveal" moment when unveiling a new mural to your client?
Mural and body art by Alison Kenyon-- all completed in just 10 hours! Skin Wars, Season 3 finale

How important is the "reveal" moment when unveiling a new mural to your client?

You hired an artist who's the perfect fit for your project.

Design mock-ups and the revision process assured that everyone is going to love this piece.

Anticipation grew as your artist came with all their tarps and tape and tools, and the mural started taking shape.

You made sure that your client didn't sneak too many peeks during installation- everyone loves a good surprise and a big reveal!

NOW it's time to do just that-- make a memorable impact in a moment that will live on as a high point for everyone.

What's the plan for the presentation, for the big reveal? Will there be a ribbon cutting, if the mural is in a public space? If the custom artwork is in a private home, will you lead the client in with a blindfold, like on the "transform your space" tv shows?

What if you could offer a moment that no one else could; something that no one is expecting, will elicit gasps of glee, and is guaranteed to be remembered for a lifetime?

So, check it out... I'm not only a muralist, I'm also a body painter. One of my elite-level skills is BLENDING models seamlessly INTO a background. I've done this for several episodes of Mister Beast, at Dream Force events, marketing videos, and of course on the hit show Skin Wars.

The idea just hit me a few days ago that I can add this mind-blowing touch to the murals I create! Don't know why I hadn't thought of it before... it feels like the most "me" thing ever.

One of the things that makes this a no brainer is that I already have a roster of body paint models that I use regularly, and they're not just human mannequins, they're also performers and dancers; so the reveal is extra splashy and entertaining. And they LOVE taking photos with everyone in attendance.

The other is that the models can be clothed head-to-toe in a lycra body suit for the painting. It blends great with the background, and keeps the reveal appropriate and comfortable for any audience.

I guess the big question is, how important is that big reveal moment, and making a forever impact on your client?
