A step-by-step process to import users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

  1. Create User Accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:Before adding users to Business Central, you need to create user accounts in the Microsoft 365 admin center. These accounts are not exclusive to Business Central; they can also be used to sign in to other applications like Power BI.   2. Assign Licenses to Users:Your Business Central subscription defines the number of user licenses allowed. Assign licenses to users based on their roles and responsibilities within Business Central. You can assign licenses in several ways: Microsoft 365 Administrator: They can do this in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Refer to Add users individually or in bulk to Microsoft 365 for details. Microsoft Partner: Partners can assign licenses either in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or the Microsoft Partner Center.   3. Import Users to Business Central:After creating user accounts in the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can import them to Business Central: Sign in to Business Central using an administrator account.
