How to implement the largest projects on the market?

Many CEOs of companies that provide various services have been thinking about how to stand out in the crowd. How to ensure that the biggest projects in the market will be implemented by their company?

I am a sales director of logistics and network solutions in Krakow SKK Company. It is one of the most experienced companies in this field in Poland. We have been operating for 23 years. It gives me the opportunity to talk with the largest companies in Poland. Our customers, even though they represent many different industries, make decisions in a very similar way. No company will ever succeed if it makes ill-considered and hasty decisions. Starting cooperation with us, of course is often an object of such a decision.

What is so special that you can give so that the decision was positive? Promising the highest quality is no longer relevant – everyone does it. Logos of customers in portfolio are also irrelevant. Once the project is crucial for business, the price is also not the most important criteria. Nice offer, qualified consultant, fast delivery date – it all helps, but is not essential. So what is?

The most important is the knowledge and support of the whole process. Typical system operating for example in warehouse is composed of radio network, equipment for employees, dedicated software, product and warehouse labeling, etc. Nobody wants to order it in several companies that have just submitted the lowest prices for each element, because touch point between solutions is always causing problems. The company that supplied the software can blame the equipment for the problems. The company that supplied equipment can blame radio network. But this is not the end – the company that supplied the radio network can put the blame on the network project, which was made by yet another company. Customers know it.

Comprehensiveness – this is the most important.

It does not matter what is the industry that your company operates in, it has to be comprehensive. When dealing with any issue, it has to be explored in every possible aspect. True and documented comprehensiveness guarantees for the customer that everything will work as it should. Whether you provide software and systems, build houses or run a sports club – the principle is the same. Your service must be professional and comprehensive as much as possible.
