1 年Hi Raef, thanks for the usual informative post! As you mention in the section on "Organisational Barriers", the possibility of losing power may result in significant resistance from persons that benefitted from the old ways. I then think that perhaps the most significant implementation issue is then the people issues. The technical challenges can be overcome, but to repeat the well-known saying, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast!"
