How to identify a true Changemaker

Are you a path follower, day dreamer or optimal performance leader? Change is difficult and big change starts with small steps. Only when people are motivated to change can you create long term and sustainable changes. Simply dictating and telling people to change usually doesn’t work. They might even do the opposite of what they were told if they have the feeling that they are not in control.
If you want to change big things, it’s best to start with a small group of people first. Create ambassadors, listen to their feedback, AND adjust your plans based on their experience and needs.
That's why Mind5 focuses on cultural and behavioral change; we understand people and we help them to understand their own behavior and super powers.
The people in our Optimal Performance Leader Program are real changemakers, sparking change with themselves and others!
How do we work?
We make use of our self-developed Mind5 M.E.T.H.O.D.
M = Manage Stress, Pressure and Crisis Situations
E = Energy Management
T = Team Work
H = Hold Focus
O = Optimal Performance
D = Development & Reflection
We help people find an optimal balance between performance and wellbeing with self-awareness and personal leadership training and coaching.
Mind5 in practice
Do you want to lead change within organizations teams, cultures, or as a coach or trainer? Or do you feel the need for change?
Before offering our services, we first want to understand our client's needs, desires and goals. We usually have two appointments before we start working together.
When we work for businesses de do not only do we speak with the manager(s) in charge, we also make use of artificial intelligence technologies to understand the individual needs and goals within an organization.
This AI-program enables us to identify the changemakers (people who are ready for change and willing to lead others through it), the followers, and the skeptics.
We then offer different services, based on people's personal situation and goals.
This means that some people will receive individual coaching and others might join the Optimal Performance Leader Program to learn how to lead change in the organization, for example.
