How I started my agency at 18?

It was November, 2021 when my semester was going in online mode. It was my first semester and I was learning so new subjects in engineering. Since it was an online semester, I was able to save a lot time to do other things as well. I learnt skills like content writing, graphic designing using Canva etc. I got to know about LinkedIn for the first time and I was exploring it madly.

I used to fear to speak in front of people. Like the condition was like, I can’t even speak a single line thought in my school. The public used to give me chills. I tend to forgot whatever I have practiced.

Before entering into college, I had decided that I would do all that stuff which I didn’t imagine or didn’t done yet at that point of time.

So, I decided to teach because it was the only way I could. I knew python which I studied in my class 11th and 12th. I started my agency named:?“Code-charm”?and launched my first workshop on python fundamentals in the month of January 2022.

I made the slides and prepared some codes. I made an email-Id for the agency and designed the posters on Canva. Did some social media marketing and made it possible to bring around 50–55 people in my first workshop (online).

Learnings :

1. Social media marketing
2. Content writing
3. Communication and persuasive skills.
4. The main skill — python (any other skill which you want to carry forward)
5. Confidence
6. Self realization
7. Time Management

By starting off with the above skills you can build your own agency as well.

In the summers of 2022, I launched a 2 week paid python course. Where I taught the intermediate python (incl. sorting techniques, algorithms, basic python as well).

It might seem that starting an agency is a cumbersome task but believe me bro it’s about the first step only. As soon as you start you will gain a lot confidence and it will help you achieve more in future.
