Non-negotiable self-investment. If you don’t put your health first, it’s only a matter of time before your business and family suffer.
Remmeber, a burnt-out leader can’t lead.
A tired father can’t be present.
A self-sacrificing entrepreneur won’t last long enough to enjoy success.

2 天前Taking a 5 mile walk in a few minutes! Trying to see how many days in a row I can walk 10,000 steps or more! Have some nice areas to walk near my house! Love looking at the water! Have one walk where there is water on both sides of the road! Can see all the wildlife! Osprey nests, Grey Herons + Hawks!
