Last January, I set out to get back down to my show weight of 139lbs.?
I was pumped and ready to go ALL in.
But after a few months, I noticed the scale wouldn’t budge anymore and I felt my progress stall at 147 lbs down from 185 after my husband died.?
Needless to say, I was frustrated and ready to give up.
It didn’t matter that I had seen progress initially…
I wanted faster results and felt like I should have been further along.?
