How I motivate myself everyday with the aim to achieve my goals and maintain a positive outlook on life.
Here are my three steps that helped me to find motivation:
1.??????Preparation:
I start my day by setting clear, specific, and meaningful goals. I take a moment to reflect and to understand what I want to achieve and why it matters to me. When my goals align with my values and passions, I naturally feel more motivated to work towards them.
I tend also to break down my goals into smaller, achievable tasks, and create a timeline for accomplishing them. Having a timeline gives me a sense of direction and progress.
2.??????Visualization:
I ask myself why I want to achieve these goals and how they will impact my life positively. I visualize the outcome of my efforts and I imagine the sense of accomplishment that I will experience once I reach my goals.
I try always to embrace the emotions associated with success, such as happiness, pride, and fulfillment. This positive visualization is great as it fuels my motivation and determination.
3.??????Celebration:
I celebrate my progress, no matter how small it may seem. I recognize my achievements, no matter how incremental, as this boosts my self-confidence and keeps me motivated to keep going.
I tend also to surround myself with a supportive environment with activities that bring me joy and happiness, and I also seek inspiration from like-minded individuals and leaders.
