How I made my own podcast in 3 days (with a Lot of help from AI)
My first term at 英国伦敦艺术大学 was a wild ride. Think deadlines, caffeine, and a lot of?"wait, what do we have today?"?moments. One of our final team projects was to create a guide to?AI in advertising. With a mountain of other assignments piling up, we had a lightbulb moment:?If this project is about AI, why not let AI do the heavy lifting??Enter: the fastest podcast production journey ever.
Here’s how we pulled it off:
????ChatGPT as the star writer: from crafting scripts to summarizing complex concepts, It even threw in a few jokes — some of which actually landed.
????Notebook LM took the lead: we took everything from ChatGPT and put it straight into Notebook LM which generated human-like podcast episodes. It wasn't just a monologue either: it created a dialogue between a male and a female voice. You won't believe how natural and authentic it sounds — seriously, you have to hear it for yourself!
????The Human Episode: To keep things balanced, we decided to make the final episode ourselves. No AI, just our team brainstorming, debating, and flexing our creative muscles.
The end result? A podcast that explored AI’s role in advertising, from insights and creativity to media planning and campaign evaluation. It was part AI experiment, part crash course in teamwork, and 100% proof that humans + AI make a pretty solid duo.
