How I lost 10 kgs in two months
I was the skinniest kid in my class. I never had thought that I will ever become overweight in my life. Being a skinny person, I was very active, used to run a lot, was fast in everything.
I am a Software Developer by profession and I have a desk job since last 3.5 years. I realized that I am getting fat day by day and I have to do something for that.
I consulted with one of my friend who is a doctor by profession, he gave me a plan and it worked for me very well. Let me share that plan with you as it worked with many people I have advised. Please note that this plan is NOT for someone who is suffering from diabetes, hypertension, Chronic Heart Disease or any other Medical Condition.
Human body is miser. If the body feels that it is lacking something, it starts storing that macro-nutrient; either it is sugar, proteins, carbs, fats etc. After storing, it increases your carving to that particular nutrient. In this way, it become difficult for humans to continue stopping that particular macro-nutrient.
How to avoid this situation?
To avoid sudden high craving of particular diet, one must never totally stop the consumption of any kind of macro-nutrient. It must take macro-nutrients daily, but in low quantity, so that body doesn't go in survival mode. In this way you will be able to decrease the amount of fats, in your body. The main theory behind all this is "Daily Consumption of Calories must be less that number of calories burnt daily".
Breakfast

and that's it for your breakfast.
This will fulfill your demand for breakfast. After 3-4 hours, you will again feel hungry. You can have an Apple in between your lunch and breakfast.
Lunch
For the lunch, you can have a chapati of a CD size, Gravy of protein based pulses or meat. You can enjoy raw vegetables as salad in any quantity you like.

After having this limited amount of lunch, you will again feel craving in 3-4 hours. You can have one fist of dry fruits or Roasted Chickpeas for that time.
Dinner
In the dinner, you can have barbecue, beans or pulses. Try to avoid chapati if you can, otherwise you can have a CD sized chapati.
Cheat Meal
This is a mandatory. You can have two cheat meals in a week, in that cheat meal, you can have anything you like. It is recommended that these cheat meals are not in a row.
Don't Do:
Remember that salt makes you more obese than sugar, try to reduce it to zero. Instead use spices and Chat Masala, it increases your metabolism.
Say good bye to Potatoes, Mangoes, Rice and Maida until you are pursuing to loose weight. You can have these in cheat meals.
No meal after 10 PM. Try running one mile a day. Although I was running one mile every two days.
In this way, you will see improvement in your body within 15 days, without high cravings of food.
