For years, I struggled with managing my caffeine intake. My days often meant long hours fueled by countless cups of coffee, which, while keeping me productive, also led to sleepless nights and a constant feeling of being out of sync.
A Personal Wake-Up Call
One weekend, after yet another restless night, I sat down and realized something had to change. I started tracking my own caffeine habits—when I drank, how much I consumed, and the impact it had on my sleep. The results were eye-opening. I knew there had to be a better way to understand and control my caffeine consumption.
The Weekend Project That Became an App
Determined to find a solution, I began working on a side project—creating Mindful Coffee, an app designed to track caffeine intake and provide clear insights into how it affects sleep and energy levels.
Developing this app was a deeply personal journey. It was about taking control of my own health and sharing something that could help others in the same boat. I learned a lot about the balance between work, life, and health.
