How to I learned to ask 'Why Not'? - Join me on my journey

I've always written - been writing since the age of nine or perhaps even earlier. The age of nine stands out clearly in my memory though because that's when I first took my creative writing notebook to my English teacher for feedback. It wasn't a homework assignment but something I had written entirely on my own, driven by my independent thoughts and most importantly, without any external push or ask.

Fast forward to the present day, and I've been contemplating the idea of launching my own newsletter. Like any regular, reasonable and capable human, I had the regular, reasonable and valid self-sabotaging thoughts: Why would someone subscribe to my newsletter? Why would someone be keen to listen to my thoughts? What is so unique about my words that someone would want to spend their time on it?

And then, it dawned on me - the question we ask of ourselves should never be “why”. The question should always be “why not?”

I am embarking on this new journey, and I hope you'll join me. I'm suspecting it's going to be exciting with tons of discussions.
