How I jazzed Up My Career.

Taking a pause from the hustle of life.

Feels fantastic, but four?summers ago, I was a mess... after 15 years of recruiting for luxury brands, I felt I had reached my sell-by date.

Yup, little ol' me got bored out and burned out.

The fun had gone out of the fashion talent hustle.

Even my iconic?clients couldn't hold my attention.

So there I was, the career whisperer, suddenly clueless about my own future.

My own story was no longer captivating me.

And surely, it bored others.

I hired a coach.

After a few sessions, it was like boom - lightning bolt!

My coach's brilliant questions helped me realize the power of my beliefs and imagine new directions.

Coaching was my calling, no doubt about it.

For the past years, I went hardcore into understanding coaching. I apprenticed with the best of the best, got two certifications, and gobbled up books on brains, mindfulness, and motivation like they were chocolate!

Before I knew it, I took a deep breath and jumped into coaching feet first. My 15,000 hours as a recruiter meant I could spot executive potential and pitfalls a mile away.

My sessions became part career?strategy, part empowering, and a full-on cheerleader. Joy!

Guiding others to reconnect with professional?clarity, purpose, and confidence felt amazing.

My own career fog lifted, and I saw my new path clearly—the end.

Well, not the end - just the beginning!

Coaching as a practice is still in its infancy, with as many styles as coaches.

I realized I was leaning toward storytelling.

The mythic quality of narrative could uplift and empower client journeys in a whole new way. So I'm now pioneering my own coaching methodology that artfully blends strategic guidance with the transformative power of storytelling.

My clients learn to become the hero in their career odyssey. Together we mythologize their experiences into an inspiring tale of adventure, growth, and triumph.

Coaching becomes the sacred space for rehearsing and refining these profound narratives of human potential to exhilarating new heights!

So far, I've coached modern-day Achilles - executives with seemingly invincible talents whose mortal wound is not a heel but a deep self-doubt that makes them hesitate.
