Then, Jump on your competitor's websites. 99.99% of the time, you’ll find that your competitors give those exact same reasons. If everyone's saying it, then it's NOT a different idea.


Your business differentiator should be…different.


Here's how I uncover our clients' differentiation...

1. Know your customers.Do a deep dive into the customers you love working with.

Uncover this information:

* their challenge

* how that challenge makes them feel

* the ideal state they are trying to reach

* their desired experience with a solution like yours what attracts them to a solution


2. Know your competition. Look for the gaps in the marketplace.

Uncover this information:

* their strengths

* their weaknesses

* how they position themselves

* how they talk about their solution

* how they talk about your customer's pain points


3. Know your own business. Do a deep dive into your own business...and be honest!

Look at these elements:

* your offer

* your processes

* the results you bring

* the problems you solve

* how you treat your clients

* the experience you provide

* what you do exceptionally well

* what you suck at
