How i got the tablet press machine order from Samsung?

SamSung, one of the top 500 companies in the world, was shocked when I received its inquiry, not only because of it is Samsung, but also because of its very strict supplier selection criteria.
Inquiring about a medium-sized rotary tablet press of our company, Samsung plans to use it to press very precise metallurgical powder tablets, which is in Iphone and other mobile phone resistance devices.
This is a project with very precise requirements, the design of the tablet is very complicated, and the supplier audit required by Samsung is also very strict. Our company leaders and colleagues felt very optimistic about this project and think it was impossible to succeed.

I have always believed in this sentence.
Samsung sent engineer representatives to visit our factory three times. Each time I was full of enthusiasm to cooperate with the work, help the engineer communicate, carefully follow up every step of the project, and made records and reports.
?Factory inspection + first test run , helped SamSung determine product formula;
?Change product design + second test machine, helped SamSung confirmed mold design;
?Change the product design + Japanese mold + the third test machine ,helped SamSung basically determine the product model.
Finally Samsung decided to purchase.

When talking about procurement, one of the problems was the payment method: 90% TT is payment after delivery, and 10% TT is payment after successful installation of the machine. There was no deposit. No doubt, the boss refused directly. As soon as the negotiations began, they were at an impasse.
I analyzed the Samsung who is one of Fortune 500 companies, and they all have their own payment charters, so I went to check my friends whose companies that cooperate with Samsung. The payment method to all suppliers are the same. I explained to boss: High returns are accompanied by high risks. Samsung will not damage their reputation because of one machine, the balance payment would be to us as scheduled. Finally my boss accepted the payment terms.

The second problem was supplier audit.
SamSung required us to have D&B certification, ok, I actively cooperated to finally get the certificate for our company.
SamSung required to submit our company information, such as [turnover and bank records of the past three years] + [company fixed asset certification and details] + [corporate legal person education and personal reputation], etc. I help the company prepare above files within 3 days .
SamSung required us to be registered in the Samsung system, complete excel form data of various nature + planning arrangements + confirmation of delivery date, etc. It took me another 3 days to complete this review.
Received SamSung notice, contract confirmed.!!
??[Forward-looking suggestions to help our company collect the final payment successfully]
I suggested our company only accept machine order, not accepted mold orders, because this high-end design mold would be ricky to be made in China. Suggested that Samsung order molds in Japan. We only provided machine.
Fact proved that My suggestion was a good way to avoid the risk of late payment of 10% of the balance.
The production of the machine went very smoothly. It was delivered to Samsung as scheduled, and 90% of the first payment was received on schedule.
The engineer went to Samsung for debugging, and the work went smoothly, and 10% of the balance was also charged to our account as plan.
