How I got my 60 PDU's within 30 days for $0

Hello Folks,

Congratulations for clearing your PMP exam!

We all have a big task after completing the PMP exam.

That is to renew our PMP certificate. The cycle for PMP certification is 3 years, and the renewal charges are:

1. PMI Members: $60

2. Non-PMI Members: $150

I recommend all take membership in PMI to obtain these offers, and it has an ocean of project management research papers, videos, books, articles, PDUs, and much more. Yes, right, you heard it, PDU.

In order to renew your PMP certification, you need to gather 60 PDU's within 3 years.

1 Hour = 1PDU i.e., 60 hours of PDU are required.

As mentioned above, PDU's are divided into two categories:

1. Educational PDU which is a mandatory PDU, and the list attached shows how to achieve this PDU's.

2. Giving Back PDU, which is an optional PDU and Its easily achievable PDU's Below are the ways to achieve the PDU's.

Rule to get approval for PDU.

35 PDUs for Education is mandatory.

Below are the methods I used to earn 60 PDUs in 30 Days

Giving Back PDU's

1. Work as Practitioner: Claim for 8 PDU's under the Giving Back category after working for one day in your office after clearing your PMP. (Probably you can claim this at the next day after clearing the PMP)

2. Give a Presentation: As part of my job, I have presented a lot of corporate presentations regards to Agile planning, Earned value management, Generative AI, etc. In those scenarios, I have claimed my 15 PDU's.

I have received 23 PDU's for giving back in under 10 days.

Other ways to get this 25 PDU's of Giving Back can be done by uploading educational (PM) YouTube videos, by volunteering for PMI, Sharing Knowledge (teaching), etc.

For the Giving Back PDU category, the PDU's will be reflected the next minute after you claim the PDU from your PMI dashboard.
