How I Got 2.6 MILLION Followers On LinkedIn (And, Another 1.1 MILLION On TikTok

It's been 10 years since LinkedIn invited me to be one of their first influencers on the platform.

I was asked to write and share content weekly around job search and career growth.

Fast forward to today, and I can honestly say it was one of the BEST things I have ever done for my career.

With 2.6M followers (and still growing), I receive daily requests to network and collaborate with individuals and companies around the globe.

Most of the partnerships I've formed for my company have come through LinkedIn.

More importantly, as an introvert (yes, I am an introvert who has been forced to come out of her shell to pursue a career she loves), LinkedIn has made it easier for me because I don't have to reach out to strangers - they reach out to me.

Over the years, I've perfected a 6-step model for leveraging the power of LinkedIn to my professional benefit.

I used this model over the last two years to build up a following of over 1.1M on TikTok. In short, this really works!

The process involves using your gravitas (the fancy word for depth of knowledge) in a very specific way to drive conversations in a way that gets more people wanting to engage with you and those who follow you. But, before you say you couldn't do this...
