The chances are that if you are a Recruiter, you didn't grow up dreaming of becoming a Recruiter.
In fact, nearly every Recruiter I've ever talked to (including myself) will tell you that they "fell into recruitment" in one way or another.
I'd go as far as to say that in 12 years since I started in this game I think I've only met one or two who genuinely claimed that being a Recruiter was all they ever dreamed of doing as a career. Really? Weird.
So, here's a wee video I made that tells the story of how I fell into Recruitment. Big shout out to Rob Milsom and Charles Blockley for being legends and playing such a big part in my story!
