I’ve been on LinkedIn since November 2006, and over the years, I gradually built up my network to around 4,500 connections by March 2023. It took me 17 years to get there, and I was pretty happy with that progress.
Then, I accidentally run into a tool I decided to check on.
In just over a year, using a tool called Waalaxy, I managed to double my connections—from 4,500 to 10,625. What took me 17 years before, I did in just one year. It’s been an incredible experience, and I’ve enjoyed helping a few friends set up Waalaxy too—they’re seeing great results as well.

6 个月I must admit, I have been somewhat careless in managing my LinkedIn contacts and connections. Currently, I have 23,741 contacts saved in my phone, accumulated over numerous migrations and cleanups. My goal is to increase my LinkedIn connections to 50,000, which I believe would more accurately reflect the professional relationships I’ve built throughout my career. These relationships span at least 100 to 200 major conferences worldwide, numerous startup ventures leading to NASDAQ listings, over 20 M&A transactions, multiple fundraising efforts and exits, and over five years of travel across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
