Hey badass,
I want to talk with you a little about morning routines.?
More importantly, how seeing someone posting about breathing work and pilates will make you a millionaire.?
Do I do ice baths? Yes. But that has no bearing on whether or not I am going to succeed. This is the first time I've ever mentioned it anywhere outside my close circle because that holds no bearing on whether or not you will succeed. It's merely something I (semi) enjoy doing.
So, forget all that shit.
This is how you do a morning routine… you do what works for you.
That's it.
For me, I like to get to work right away. I'm up at 4am and by 4:05, I'm working on my laptop until 7 or 8am. Then it's take the kids to school and a walk with the dog, then back to work.
I work in blocks. This first block is revenue-generating tasks… as is block 2 - only from a different angle of my businesses.
Regardless, this is where I focus my attention every morning and how I am going to win in 2024:?
This morning blueprint is a confluence of strategic communication, creative content dissemination, and targeted outreach
My Morning Routine To Drive Revenue
Look at this for my first block from 4am - 8am:
Amplifying Reach with Content and Cold Calls
I don't just rely on digital content;
I believe in the personal touch.?
Hence, I commit to making 100 cold calls per day. These are not just calls; they're opportunities to connect, learn customer pain points, and directly pitch my services.
These calls are value-led.
All this is done by lunch.?
I have to do this given that I am inherently lazy. If I didn't do it like this, I wouldn't get anything done.?
This way, my afternoons are free to think strategically 3 days a week, and spend 2 afternoons a week with the kids.?
This works for me. You do what works for you.
Diverse Content Formats for Wider Impact
My week also includes the production of one YouTube video.?
This avenue of content is new to me, hence only one video per week. Once I'm comfortable, I will probably ramp this up and onboard a team to help.
Video content is a powerful medium to convey complex messages and showcase the human side of my business.?
It helps in building trust and gives a face to the name behind the brands.

Continuously adding value is crucial for me, hence the creation of a lead magnet every two weeks. These resources not only draw in potential clients but also establish my businesses as repositories of valuable knowledge.
Webinars and Newsletters: Education and Consistency
Education is at the heart of growth. By hosting two webinars each month, I connect with my audience live (whilst also having resources to run whilst I'm not available), offering them real-time value and interactive experiences that foster stronger relationships.
A daily newsletter keeps the communication lines open. I have you to thank for that {first_name}:)
It's a mix of updates, insights, and offers that keep subscribers informed and engaged with my businesses' narratives.
Sales Funnel Optimization
Central to my routine is the funnel and newsletter strategy that captures the essence of my outreach efforts.?
This funnel is not just a path to a sale; it's a curated journey for each prospect, leading them through a seamless process that includes a well-crafted sales page and a video sales letter (VSL) before they reach the booking page.
I have this funnel which you are on. Everything is done by me on this one.
I also run funnels for each of my businesses. For those, some of the content I write and some by my team.?
Closing the Deal
The sales call is where everything converges. This is the moment where the relationship is solidified, and the value proposition is personalised to fit the prospect's needs.
Expanding Horizons?
Finally, all these efforts lead to my business services & partner offers, a comprehensive suite that encapsulates the offerings across my various ventures.?
It's an ecosystem of solutions designed to meet a myriad of client needs.
My morning routine is an intricate blend of digital engagement, content creation, direct outreach, and educational offerings, all driving towards a singular goal: revenue growth.?
This strategy reflects the multi-faceted approach required for me to achieve everything that I want to achieve in 2024, harnessing the power of both human touch and digital prowess.?
Collaboration and Teamwork
While this routine is mine, it's sustained by building a solid team. Delegating, automating, and collaborating are essential aspects of scaling up.?
This is how I would work if I were just starting out - on revenue-generating tasks.?
