How I Accumulated more than 30,000 Followers on LinkedIn?

I'm a big fan of LinkedIn. I love the way it brings together people from all around the world who are interested in connecting and sharing ideas.

One thing that has always bothered me is that, as a recruitment consultant at the very beginning, I found it hard to get my name out there and get more followers on LinkedIn.

So I decided to do some research on how to gain more LinkedIn followers and I was surprised by what I found.

Here are some tips for you:

1) Be personable! Yes, LinkedIn is a professional platform, but that doesn't mean you have to lose your personality. Go ahead and make some jokes—LinkedIn users appreciate them!

2) Share posts related to your industry or niche on LinkedIn groups you're part of

3) Comment on other people's posts (this will make them notice you!)

4) Make sure your profile is complete and current. This includes having a well-written summary, including information about your job history, education, and other achievements.

5) Try new things! If one type of post doesn't work well for you, try another one next time around—there are tons of different approaches out there and anything can work if done right!
