Every new year, we promise ourselves, ‘This year, I’ll get things done, and get things done right.’ But an old saying, ‘The road to Hell is paved with good intentions,’ comes to mind.

Don’t mistake me: working hard IS essential to success for most. But the question you want to ask yourself is, “Am I working smart, or just working hard to prove that I’m working hard?”
