How to be highly profitable with group coaching and work less too!

Group coaching can be one of the most profitable and effective ways to help many clients at once.

Success with group coaching requires focus on a few things – from finding the right clients and pricing your group, to creating an engaging environment so that clients keep coming back for more. Over the years, I've done lots of different groups such as, parenting, health and business for coaches.

The way to set yourself up for consistent income is to create your own programs with a rolling admission. I started the Powerful Experts Mastermind in 2016 and it's still rolling. Along the way, I've upgraded PEM and even changed some of the formatting to keep engagement up. Some of our clients stay for years because we are focusing on results and catering towards them as individuals.

Creating your group once and never having to launch it again gives you flexibility and freedom to build other parts of your business. If you only have to find a few clients each month to keep it growing, you will have little or no stress in keeping your group full.
