How to help pupils decide what they want in life.

I had a great day at Fareham Academy yesterday at their Careers Fair. Fellow exhibitors included?Dyer & Butler,?SparsholtCollege,?NHS?350+,?University of Portsmouth,?University of Winchester, @Lesley Strachan,?HSDC Havant & South Downs?and?City of Portsmouth College.

During the day I met lots of great students and talked about Success Principle #3 which is called Decide What You Want.

Success Principle #3 is about deciding what you to do, be and have. Sometimes pupils often say "I don't know" which is a really good place to start. Others have clarity about what they want and it was lovely to hear those stories as well.

During workshops we talk about the main reasons why most people don't get what they want and that's because they haven't decided what they want.

Every pupil has a seed inside of themselves which is often buried in response to parents, teachers and other adult role models and those influences are not always positive.

So, I use Jack Canfield's Success Principles to unlock their potential for those pupils who want a direction in life.

When the lightbulb comes on it's an amazing experience for me as a coach.
