How have the social responsibility activities enhanced the team spirit in MANVESTA?

Over the last years, MANVESTA has been actively participating and organizing vide variety of social initiatives. In our view, social responsibility can be positively related not only towards improving the life of others but also for increasing the motivation of our employees.

As one of the leaders in the cargo transportation industry in Lithuania, we provide the highest quality of services of vehicle logistics for manufacturers, importers, and distributors alike. Here at MANVESTA, we believe that by actively participating in social initiatives, we can make a change for the local communities and improve our internal cohesiveness. Our core values are based on respect and communication – our team is the driving force behind us.

We seek to contribute to society and make a positive impact by supporting various charity organizations and foundations. In 2022 we collaborated with the Mam? unija Charity Support Foundation and Rimantas Kauk?nas Charitable Foundation to assist children suffering from oncological diseases.?We organized and participated in charitable events such as the MANVESTA tennis tournament “U? pergal? gyventi”, the Day of the Pie and other activities, which resulted in collecting support for the little ones fighting cancer.

Furthermore, we provided continuous support to people fleeing the war in Ukraine throughout 2022. At first, we donated a significant sum to the Blue Yellow For Ukraine organization and assisted Ukrainians seeking refuge in Lithuania. Later, we organized temporary living for Ukrainians and provided goods to meet their basic needs such as food, clothing and others. Subsequently, we delivered humanitarian aid with Rimantas Kauk?nas Charitable Foundation and the 'UNITED BEES FOUNDATION' directly from Lithuania to Ukraine, Kherson district, which will be used to warm the houses in war-torn Ukraine. Most recently, we have received an award from the Blue / Yellow For Ukraine, which contains the now freed lands of Ukraine.

When our employees join of social responsibility initiatives, they gain first-hand experiences on the changes we make to local communities and society in general. By feeling the positive shifts in the communities, employees benefit from an increased motivation to our company and values.

Furthermore, involvement in social initiatives is positively related to an increase in sense of community in MANVESTA. By increasing our bonds we become more team-oriented and close-knit. We improve our team spirit and reduce obstacles for collaboration between different departments as colleagues work together on various social projects towards the same goals. We strongly believe that social responsibility campaigns and activities can have a double positive effect – impacting society and companies' culture. Therefore, in MANVESTA, we managed to use social responsibility initiatives to boost the team spirit of multiple employees.?

Here at MANVESTA, we believe that our example of social responsibility will make a difference.
