An Update In The Howarth Household


Nelson used a stick the other day without telling Emma.




Before we adopted Nelson he had a fixation with sticks.


Kind of like when someone fixates on weightloss, shake diets, keto or intermittent fasting, that sort of thing, but with sticks. He was attached.?


However now we've improve his behaviour, I let him use the stick that he picked up on our morning jog, without Emma's knowledge. LOL?


In ther news, Emma has signed up for a new course which I’m super excited about, details to follow.


And finally I’ve successfully wrote my First book. Special shout my client who's a?bestselling author and helped me with it.


Oh and I'm trying a new newsletter format.


Things On The Horizon?


I’ve just been offered my first public speaking gig after receiving an email from a very well-known source and a chance encounter.


I am bringing on three new clients next month.?(Book your call to become one)


And my grandad is turning 90 in a few months time


My wonderful wife is organising his birthday party and arranging cake. Lots of cake. She doesn’t realise this so let’s keep this between me and you, like the stick thing.?I hope I live that long!

I was chatting to a client earlier about this.


He mentioned how he finds endless motivation by finding...


  • What’s going well.
  • How we can do better.
  • How he can be a better role model.
  • What is ideal goals are.
  • What are his core values.?


In addition, I gave him these for L’s.


  • Stay Lean?.
  • Look after those around you.
  • Play the long game.
  • Learn every day.


Use those 4 L's to fly today.


Non-Traditional Thought From The Peak Performance Project


  • Setting fitness goals doesn’t work, unless you’re the person selling the fitness goal.


Instead focus on habits and start with the habit of getting a third-party involved, just make sure he's not a Steve.


Building a solid system is the key to transformation and long-term success.


Goals don’t work, systems do.?


In the words of James clear...


"We don’t rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems"


So changing your environment should be the first port of call. Another James Clear quote...?
