There are a large number of theories on meditation all over the world. You will consider this because this is a technical insight where we are trying to give some useful information to you that can be put into practice.?

In general, meditation is suggested to kids for concentration and elders for wellbeing.?

Meditation in practice is a light beam that makes you know who you are! When the discussion goes spiritual, it is said that humans have vehicles and a body as well. And we meditate to find who we are!?

Meditation can find the way to your true destination. In most of the proven cases regarding people that consistently practice the meditation process, they get enlightened with their unique inner abilities that they never know.

What happens if you meditate regularly?

Remember! Peace is something that can never be entirely achieved (at least in the case of people living in the society). But meditating regularly can keep you in a peaceful way.

The time you start meditating, you will start to become one with yourself avoiding external distractions that influence your day to day activities.

How to meditate efficiently?

There are many successful ways to meditate and if you want the ideal way, it is debatable and becomes further complicated with extended discussions which may turn to arguments.?

  1. Sit in a comfortable place and comfortable posture
  2. Close your eyes (do not try to focus on some point as it can create headache to some)
  3. Relax your body as much as possible (this step itself is a journey and it is true that you will progress every time you do it)
  4. Now focus on the in and out of your breath

Don’ts while meditating:

People have many ideas about subjects like meditation and what happens when you are there. They talk out of their anxiety and it is a beautiful thing.?

Do not get into any one’s ideas and just keep doing what you feel is convenient. Never use a technique without studying it. Too much meditation without a proper diet could cause various traumas.?

You find yourself here! Nothing else! Just be positive and keep practicing. Your practice is illuminated by your righteousness.?

Please be informed that meditation is a vast subject and can’t be explained in a brief format. Keep in mind that there are many meditation postures, breathing styles, finger gestures called mudras, points in your body to observe (as you could monitor your progress) and a lot of visualization techniques. But it is hard to present here.?
