How Harry & Meghan killed their brand

How Harry & Meghan killed their brand

Most would agree that when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle began their journey away from the Royal family, many supported their efforts to carve out a life on their own. In fact, who could have had a greater advantage in this pursuit? Well, having run both members of “Sussex Inc.” through our machine, it’s safe to say that Harry and Meghan are both very capable of running a business.

Prince Harry possesses as much mental capacity as most CEOs at Fortune 500 companies. He could easily run a business or startup by leaning into his mindset as a Results-Systems Thinker. Of course, he will never be a Rupert Sheldrake or a Jamie Dimon, but he’s by no means a simple thinker, and the raw materials for success are there.

Meghan, on the other hand, is even?more?capable than Harry. She’s about 20% more capable, leaning much harder into the Results-Systems Thinker mold than her counterpart. More than anything, Meghan wants outcome. She’s focused on results.?

In both cases, neither is driven by Opportunistic, Disciplined, or even Expert thinking. They’ve both completely rejected those lower mindsets, making them extremely capable of running a successful business.

So, why have they failed so miserably?
