How to Harness Creativity at Work

Lets face it - the workplace, whether working for home or in the office, can be a place where creativity is stifled by the mere fact of how busy we get in our day to day responsibilities. Here are 3 easy to implement strategies for maximizing your creativity during a long day of work:

By generating prana, or using breath energy to power yourself up during a long day, your feeling of freshness and vigor is renewed. By practicing meditation, your ability to stay with a task to completion is strengthened.
