How 'Not' To Handle A Cancellation
Businesses cancelling your service is a fact of life. It's hard to get used to, but it's something every SAAS company has to come to terms with.
Let's face it, clients cancel for a wide range of reasons and it's not always because they don't like your product.
I was recently sent this email by a small business trying to cancel their subscription to eKomi.
This email, although it may stop some cancellations, surely just puts the clients back up.
Here at Reviews.io we strongly believe in no long contracts, no threats and no drama. If we lose a client to a competitor it's our fault, not the client's.
