What you’re about to hear is pure self-sarcasm, based on my own bad habits and choices that kept me stuck for years. This isn’t a guide for others, but more of a tongue-in-cheek look at the things I used to do when I wasn’t ready to face my reality. One of my ways out was always humor and to laugh at all of my problems as they seemed to lose most of their value somehow when I did that.

So today we're going to get into something a little different. I'm going to walk you through exactly what to do if you want to maintain your mental health. Step 1: Isolate Yourself. First up, stop talking to anyone. Disconnect from your friends, your family, and anyone who cares about you. Keep everything bottled up inside because after all, no one can really help, right? And hey, bonus – this way you can save money by not bothering with therapy or support groups. Just suffer in silence, it’s way cheaper that way.?

Step 2: Destroy Your Body with Junk Food and Sedentary Living. Next, let’s focus on your physical health—or rather, how to ruin it. Say goodbye to a balanced diet and exercise.
