How to Grow Your Social Media Without Spending a Bunch of Time

If you are reading this blog it is because you are a leader, entrepreneur, and you want to make a bigger impact on the community but don't have enough time. Your role as a leader is to understand the strategies and find the right people to execute on the plan.

I will be covering how you can leverage digital platforms to create an online presence. These are some the best strategies used by people like Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Gary Vanderchuck, Ryan Deiss, and so many other entrepreneurs around the world.

You don't need to know everything you just need to ask the right questions!

Asking the right questions will dramatically help to grow your social media and I am going to share with you a couple of the main questions you should be asking yourself before starting to produce content on your social media.

Who is your ideal client?

ex: They are a 35 year old entrepreneur who understands that social media is the best internet and has been growing their personal brand themselves and want to take their presences to the next level.

What is the purpose you provide in the marketplace?

ex: My purpose is to help small business owners grow your social media presence.

What would you consider yourself as an expert in?

ex: I consider myself an expert in social selling.

Why would someone reach out to me?

ex: They have ideas about what they want to do on social media but don't have the time to execute the plans and task they have.

How am I going to build a relationship with someone who doesn’t know me and transform them into a raving fan using social media? 

ex: I am going to use video and educational content to inform my audience not only how they can grow their business with my free advice but also to build trust and authority with them by providing this content for free.

Key Questions Provide You Key Answers

These questions might be a difficult question for you to answer & that's okay.

Think about them for a couple of minutes and also think about WHO you need to help answer those questions. Your network is filled with amazing people who can help you.

What is The Internet Today?

The internet is a beautiful place and makes it possible for people like you and me to get into business quickly and be a success without all the barriers and expensive hurdles of traditional media like TV, Radio, or Mail. 

Instead of TV, there is YouTube & Facebook. 

Instead of the Radio, we now have Podcast 

Instead of Mail, we have Instant Messaging and Text

We still communicate the same way; technology is the only thing that has transformed and it’s more powerful and cost-effective than ever! This means you have the advantage to arm your business with these strategies:

  1. Video Content
  2. Blogs
  3. Pictures
  4. Infographics
  5. Text
  6. Email
  7. Zoom (Video Call)

We have more options than ever before which is great but too many options keep people from taking action.

Action Step:

Select One of This & Do It For The Next 3 Months

Be fully committed when you take this because if you are not you are going to waste your time, energy, and money.

Once you've selected the type of content you are going to be sharing then get either an agency or assistant to help automate the process. The easiest way to create a process is to document it so do it yourself for a month of so before bring on someone.

My personal favorite is leveraging video content because it allows me to express myself very easier plus it's fun for my ideal audiences to watch my content because not only are they entertained but they also learn a bunch of valuable information. My goal is to build a good relationship with my ideal client before they even meet me. This will help me when it comes to selling because they already know me it's all about me getting to know them and find out what areas I could add value to them. 

Make sure you are asking yourself the key questions to ensure you have the clear vision of where you are looking to take your social media accounts.
