By doing so, you can create a cohesive and consistent brand identity that is reflected in the work of your employees.

As a leader, it's important for me to communicate with my team regularly and vocally what we stand for, our vision and mission statement but most importantly how important their role is so they can feel like an avenger.

This can include training on your brand's mission, vision, and values, as well as training on how to effectively communicate your brand to customers and the public. By educating your employees about your brand, you can ensure that they are able to represent it effectively and consistently.

I believe happiness resides in learning and living new experiences, so I implemented learning credit that each employee accumulates each month that they can then use for training of their choice which will help further develop their skills within their role.
Encourage employee social media use:
Encourage your employees to share content and engage with your brand on social media. This can help amplify your brand's message and reach a wider audience. By involving your employees in your social media efforts, you can create a sense of community and connection around your brand.

Recognise and reward employees who represent your brand well and go above and beyond in their work. This can help motivate other employees to also strive to represent your brand in a positive way. I believe it's everyone's job to bring clients to the business and therefore everyone is incentivised and rewarded for doing so.
