I am writing this chapter while I am reflecting in my mind... (Need to be curated)
Why am I so angry or upset about the people not taking accountability?
Why am I feeling that the other person missing to be in accordance to my thought process of what does it mean to be a HUMAN BEING?
My knowing is forgetting that "We all are whole." That sounds liberating isn't it?
and "We can still improve a little because of the potential impact of our own "knowings" which comes with the :
When time comes I will start to shed my knowing while embracing the gifts that our wholeness holds within us.
Vulnerability & Self Honesty are the way to shed these Knowings.

And Coaching & Reflective Space are the most intended spaces that we become self honest and become vulnerable about ourselves and with ourselves in the presence of another human being who is called the coach or the reflective practitioner who is holding the space with non judgement, fo you to "BE Yourself", in their BEING!
Will you choose to be graceful with your conditioning?
To be graceful with your conditioning, will you choose to sit with a Coach or Reflective practitioner?
Its an Invitation to explore without wanting to Fix you or correct you. A graceful invitation to explore in a space that we both meet each other in SILENCE!
I am speechless of the conditioning of we being told that we are not whole and not enough. And I feel it's not just the world feeds that knowing, I also have borrowed that knowing sometimes from someone, some book, some incident, etc. Or could it be me carrying from my past karma?
Let us not try to fix anything, change anything or achieve anything. And still feel the Loving wholeness of our souls.
My work is to just keep doing my work with unconditional love while creating spaces to co create awareness and allowing the rest to unfold on its own in its own timing. Maybe we are trying to control others with the expectation of our own, for them to "BE ACCOUNTABLE" for their growth, which in other words, about not allowing another soul to live their liberated life, in your own conditioned mind and with your own mind's expectations.
As a Reflective Practitioner for Coaches, my job is not to impose or place expectations for the accountability of the Coaches and their development. Living my wholeness through the spaces I hold for the coaches, for them to find their own wholeness. And they decide their own path ahead of their journey of development and what it means to them.
And as a Coach its the same with my clients too. Since we are whole though we develop ourselves or not. Yes we can improve a little of this wholeness (always) because there is no state of perfection in this development and the need to develop or expectation to develop has to stem from the client and not from the Coach. So that I could meet my client with wholeness no matter what labels he possesses which could be anything such as PHD holder, award winner, drug addict, alcoholist, successor, etc.
I AM WHOLE! YOU ARE WHOLE! WE ARE WHOLE! WITH OR WITHOUT TITLES, WHICH EVER THE IDENTITY THAT WE BELONG TO, BECAUSE "WE BELONG WITH SHADES OF IDENTITY"
