HOW GOOD WE ARE IN SPREADING OUR KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS? by Dr.T.V.Rao MD
When we spread our knowledge we will be reminded of how little we know. spreading knowledge gives you a chance to get feedbacks positive and negative which helps to correct our mistakes and makes us to know how good we are and BAD too?
India continues to have greatest workforce which can change the world, as it is our observation we are all gifted with few unique talents many others may not have, as it stands today we cannot hide our better or worse for a long time. However in a digitally empowered world even our students attain better skills and contributes as it happening in WIKIPEDIA many students excel their own teachers in a short time as one is not afraid of hierarchy to expose their skills to the world.. You’ve got a certain unique set of skills, knowledge and experience that makes you an asset to your organization, some of the best organizations have grown by their own work force, our expertise is a powerful gift that deserves to be shared. In many developed countries well talented do not wish to have any patents to own and make it for better use to many. Think about spreading the better of skills to the world, why keep all that wisdom to yourself? Why not send it out into the world to be free and lift others to new heights as well? However, we are opening our eyes to the reality as we see in our educational system only teachers with skills and creativity and the rest just exist for self? Today social and scientific portals can assess your skills and you will be graded before get selected, in a reputed organization, when you attain new skills stumble upon a useful new piece of information, or find a more effective way of doing things, don’t keep it to yourself. Each and every day, you likely have something worthwhile to share that could be beneficial to your colleagues, think to start sharing better things to many after all we are remembered for four actions, creativity and skills we possess, REST IS ONCE OWN CHOICE?
