The talk is inspired by my next book ‘Visibly Brilliant’….release date…..coming soon...... ????

My Visibly Brilliant theme does connect with people who feel they aren’t always heard. The talk is all about the technically brilliant and gifted professionals in the world who aren’t being recognised or rewarded for their hard work.

I call these hidden superheroes; “The Invisibles” because they lack visibility in their role. They are reluctant to sell themselves because they don’t want to come across as a show off, a blagger or an arrogant big mouth!?

My talk is a call to action to encourage these amazingly talented people, often holding together the entire organisation, to come out from the shadows and into the spotlight so they are seen and heard, rather than overlooked for opportunities.
