Tracy explains the importance of role-modelling the values and principles of your organisation when making decisions, in order to create a culture in which these values are practised and felt.

?One way this can be done is by making decisions transparently, with a clear decision-making process outlined to all of your team that incorporates your values. Feedback and reflection on the decision-making process, or final decision, is important and allows those you work with to see how the way you act as a leader is aligned with the organisation’s values and principles.?
