How to give 1x1 service to over 100 customers. And still sleep.

Ok, I'll admit. I'm still working on the sleep part.

But I quickly wanted to share the latest in our use of technology to better our customers and our team.

This one is cool.

Video Mail Merge (by Emovid)

The idea is very simple: you can embed a templated Emovid video voicemail in Gmass (or another tool) to ALL of your customers...

Then, when they respond to the video, the tool creates a private 1x1 thread for them to be able to engage you back and forth with asynchronous video voicemails.

While it would be very hard to do 100+ live video calls each week...

Video voicemails make a similarly powerful impression and give both sides the ability to share context - on their own time!

I love the authenticity of this medium (literally verified by Emovid)...

But, it's pretty sweet how Emovid also has AI summaries of the voicemails at your fingertips, in case you'd rather skim the messages.
