1. Commit to your fitness goal.
2. Make a non-negotiable for yourself to hit the gym X amount of times per week (depending on your goals).
Prioritise your health and make it a must, the same way you turn up for work every day, whether you feel like it or not.
3. Block off training times on your calendar, so you and people who have access to it will know this time is allocated for training and nothing else.
4. If possible, you want to hit the gym first thing in the morning when everybody is still asleep right before work so it's out the way early in the day.
That way you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day if things do come up unexpectedly (which they will) later in the day.
The other best time to train would be during your lunch break as long as you have a gym nearby.
The key is always to keep things simple.
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated, it just has to work.
