Strategic planning is a skill that every business can use to accomplish tasks from one quarter to the next and create growth. However, like any system, when misused, strategic planning can create an endless cycle of never-finished projects that can have the opposite effect.

In today's episode of The Greatness Machine, I share some of my early experiences with strategic planning, the challenges I discovered, and how I’m looking to make the system work much more smoothly.
