The first thing you need to do is create your company's LinkedIn page; however, you need to create your own LinkedIn profile first before you can do that.
STEP 1. Create your personal LinkedIn account
Make sure to create your LinkedIn personal account first to allow you to create your company page. You will be the main administrator of your company page.?
If you don't want to be the primary administrator, you can always have someone do it or add administrative privileges to some of your employees to handle the Page.

Showcase page [Sub-pages associated with an existing page]
Educational institution [For schools and universities]
Since the purpose of creating, one is for your business, choose the Company option.
The showcase page is applicable if there are divisions in your company and you want to separate them from the main one. However, it will appear mainly on the main company page under affiliated pages.
STEP 3. Start optimising your LinkedIn Page
Headline
The headline is one of the most crucial search algorithms on LinkedIn. The Company LinkedIn page character count is only 100 characters compared to your LinkedIn profile headline count, 220.
Create an eye-catching headline that focuses on the ultimate solution your company can bring to the customers.
Cover Photo
Create a cover photo that stands out. You can have a catchy one-liner sentence. It could be the solution that your company provides or its visions. You can also have your services in the cover photo or an image that reflects your headline. Just make sure that it correlates to your website or your company's products and services. Make sure to include your logo. Studies show that companies with a logo image see up to six times more traffic to their Page than those without a logo.

Think about this as your "About section" in your profile. Communicate who your company is and what your company is good at and known for. Make sure to use powerful, keyword-rich sentences.
Address
Adding your physical address establishes credibility for the visitors to know that you exist in both worlds - online and physical. It's crucial knowing that there are concerns about trust in the online world.
Website URL
This is to take your visitors and potential customers to your website if they want to know more about your product and services.
Complete Other Areas
Completing the information on your LinkedIn page is important because people will be able to find answers to the questions they might have. Check this in case you might forget.
Industry and company size. This is very important because when people search for businesses, they often narrow the searches to save time, especially when using advanced features like industry and company size. Adding your industry and company page to your LinkedIn Page helps the right people find you.
Step 4: Linking your LinkedIn page URL
?Once you have completed the information on your LinkedIn page, link it to your LinkedIn profile, work experience and email signatures. Encourage your employees to do the same as well.
STEP 5. Build your Page following
No one will notice your page unless you let people know about it.
FOLLOW INVITE
From your Page, you can invite your personal connections to follow it. LinkedIn limits it to 100 invites per month to ensure that there will be no spamming. However, it will be credited back to you everytime someone accepts the invitation to follow your page.
Even though this is not the most effective method because most people ignore their notifications, it is still worth trying since it doesn't take much of your time.
SHARE YOUR PAGE
From the main page, click on Share Page beside the Edit button and personally share it to your profile. Let your employees follow your page and share it as well.

Companies that post weekly see a considerable increase in engagement with their content. We recommend posting daily to keep a consistent presence.
