How to get your C-Suite interested in External Workforce
Many organisations find it challenging to explain the benefits of investing in an external workforce program.
Some organisations do implement a program but are not getting the executive visibility or support to ensure a program is communicated and delivering to its potential.
Previously I shared “why organisations should care about external workers!”
Below are some ideas on focus areas of communication, which may spark some interest with your C-suite. (It’s not an extensive list, I’m challenging my fellow external workforce geek community to add to my list in the comments ??):

Leverage your Total Workforce!
6 个月Thanks Scott for this indeed practical and focused article, I'm with you Jamie. Good quote as well, since 'getting it' is one thing, getting the right people interested is another. In my experience, providing (total) Workforce Insights has proven to trigger interest/ action fastest. The (in)ability to provide the required level of details about all individuals who have access to your systems and/ or locations often leads to questions and actions from a Risk/ Legal (CRO/ CLO?) perspective. Key to get to know what you don't know about your workforce.

7 个月Thanks Maurice Benz, CCWP and SOW Expert Ron Bosma Jamie Gannaway Georgina Barrick Wouter Waaijenberg for the comments. I've seen in so many organisations, External Workforce isn't even on the C-Suites agenda. We all know how important External Workers are to a Business Total Workforce. Why is it not getting the appropriate air time with executives? I think this is a challenge, that our Workforce community need to address. ??
