How to Get What You Want by Creating a Have, Do & Be List

On June 6th, we recognized the 71st anniversary of D-Day - a day that will never be forgotten in which Allied troops invaded Normandy, France, in 1944. The battle is known as the largest seaborne invasion in history with more than 160,000 soldiers storming the French coast to take on Nazi German fighters. About 9,000 Allied soldiers died in the conflict, but today, is remembered as the turning point in the Allied victory in World War II.

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined setting foot on the beaches of Normandy with a group of Navy SEALs and D-Day comrades. However, that is exactly the opportunity I was given this past June 6th. As a result, I was overcome with gratitude to have the chance to reflect with these great men. In this audio blog post, I share a bit about my experience and the power of creating a Have, Do & Be List to get what you want most out of life. Had I not created a list of my own and shared it with others, I would not have had the many opportunities that have come my way throughout my career and personal life - which includes standing in the sand at Normandy three weeks ago. Learn how a Have, Do & Be List can make a profound impact in your own life:

The Have, Do & Be List was a tool initially introduced to me by my friend, Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. It has helped me create and manifest many things in my life that I never thought were possible. Why does this process work so well? Because the act of writing your goals and sharing them with others will move you towards making the items on your Have, Do & Be List a reality.

What is on your Have, Do & Be List and who is the network of individuals that you plan to share it with? Equally as important, how can you help someone else accomplish something included on their own Have, Do & Be List?
