How to get what we want ??

Today the corporate world, be it large or small, needs more and more professionals. Today the current professional has the need to follow any and all changes in and out of their assignments.

Each contributor has to be the manager of their assignments, the "garrant" of which their assignments, the entrepreneur of their tasks.

The time has come that a name or position would keep us in evidence in our jobs.

 On the other hand, we have to be aware that we are the ones who leave our work. Whether for lack of interest, comfort zone, or fear.

And for us to succeed in any sphere, at any hierarchical level, we have to have the notion that we have to do our best. Today there are many phrases of effect that are the obvious but if it is obvious is because we have to do.

To get somewhere in what sense, we have to take the first step. Our life is always starting point!

Where do we want to go? What do we want from our lives?

A car? a house? a promotion?

So if we keep in mind what we want, can we analyze what we have to do to achieve our dreams?

First, know what to want !!

Second, know what tools we need to achieve !!

Third, get the tools I need (work, friends, money, contacts, etc) !!

Fourth, with the tools necessary to achieve our dreams, plan how to do it.

Fifth, put into practice with good planning and remember that even if you have all this, there is no guarantee that it will work. But it has a tool that is the main fuel for it to be right and is called "determination". Therefore, we are all capable of making it happen and fulfilling our dreams.

This applies to the professional side as well as to the Personal side.
