Imagine this scenario:

You need to write a completely new policy for your organization. Perhaps it has to do with some new legislation or regulatory guidelines (imagine when GDPR started!), or simply it is something that the organization wants to provide some guardrails about (like ethical use of AI).

You are tasked with that project.

And maybe you don’t know much about it.

You are stuck.

How can you get unstuck?

If we were in the 1990s, you would be calling friends or searching for traditional knowledge sources (which are currently outdated or obsolete). If you were in the 2000s, perhaps you would be looking into Google ("googling it").

I remember when Google became a household name, making it nearly impossible to respond with "I don't know." ?? Now, with AI, the conversation has shifted even further.
