How to get unstuck and live the life you want in 5 steps

Did you always imagine a happy life for yourself when you were young?

Did you imagine you were in a job you loved, in a relationship that brought you joy, had time to do the things you have a passion for and life was a success.

We must have all had those dreams, I for sure did, then you grow up and realise life isn’t so easy, and its f**kin hard if we are all honest!

Life struggles can all of sudden creep up on us, and for me I was feeling all of the below:

  • I had hit a wall and life was just unfulfilling
  • I felt my career was going nowhere, and I was bored and again was feeling unfulfilled
  • The relationships around me were a constant struggle, with arguments after arguments
  • And I was stressed and unhappy with day to day life

So here are my 5 steps that will help you, but remember you need motivation, willingness and with these steps you will start to live the life that you really want.

1. What’s the real root of the issue or problem?

You won't be able to get unstuck unless you first figure out what the problem is and why it’s happening.

So the first step is to take the time to self-reflect, this is essential for you to move towards getting unstuck because the reasons behind your actions and behaviour will be what drives self-progress. This can be really hard and challenging to do, you have to be brutally honest with yourself here ‘What’s really blocking you from moving forward?’, is it low self-esteem, a fear of failure or lack of confidence.
