If you're stuck in a rut, unable to move anywhere despite your best intentions, this article is for you!
This stuckness you're in is what we call inertia – the resistance to change or motion. It's a frustrating place to be, filled with
The good news is that you're not the only one feeling stuck in life and there's a way out of this stagnant phase.
It is called "from inertia to momentum" for a reason because this is a road to take, where you will explore the emotions involved and discover healthy strategies to propel yourself forward without a huge effort. The purpose is to make this as enjoyable as possible and to stay out of burnout and anxiety.
At the beginning of this road there is step one: acknowledge those feelings of inertia.
It's normal to feel
when faced with change.
Recognizing and accepting these emotions is the first step towards breaking free from their grip.
The best strategy when dealing with emotions is to accept them, not fight them. The more you fight, the more they fight back and persist.

You know what they say: true progress lies on the other side of fear.
Another powerful tool is visualization.
Have a super clear image and feeling in mind regarding your goals and allow these positive images to inspire and motivate you even when the going gets tough. Always go back to your why.
Momentum also comes from a supportive community of like-minded people who uplift and encourage you.
Remember, you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
