I used be in fear.

In last 3 years, I did so many new things out of my comfort zone, and everytime I experienced fear.
?
But after doing those things, everytime I experienced fear is gone, it wasn’t that difficult. I realised unnecessarily I was getting fear.

And this happned again & again.

I used to get angry.
?
But then everytime I realised that I was getting angry unnecessarily. It wasn’t that big deal. It could have been dealt without anger, calmly also.

And this happened again & again.

When we have repeated experinces and we observe with awareness, with repetition this goes very deep in our subconscious mind and that is when we experience change happening in our behaviour, in how we respond.

So make yourself more aware when you experience something like this and with repetition let it go deep in your subconscious to bring sustainable change in behaviour.
